CARDIO-PULMONARY RESUSCITATION (CPR)

Perform 30 chest compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths continuously until the ambulance arrives.
Chest compression – 30 times
Kneel beside the victim’s chest, put your two hands together.
Place the heel of your hand at the center of the victim’s chest, straighten your arms.
Push straight down approximately ⅓ of the depth of the chest for 100-120 compressions.
Rescue breathing – 2 breaths
Slightly tilt the victim’s head backward to open their mouth, deliver two rescue breaths.
