BLEEDING – DEEP CUT ON THE NECK Step 1 Use a hands to apply direct pressure to the wound to stop the bleeding. Step 2 Use a wet dressing, a non-stick dressing, or a clean wet cloth to cover the wound. Step 3 Roll the bandage from the neck to the armpit, and apply pressure on the neck.
