MANAGEMENT FOR DROWNING Step 1 If the victim shows signs of drowning, quickly throw them some floatable objects, so they can grab the objects and keep themselves up. Step 2 Check for the victim’s response. If the victim shows no response, call 115 and call for additional help. Step 3 After bringing the drowning victim out of the water, check the victim’s response and breathing.
